Pay nothing for PG$E???? There are 2 units that will consume electricity not just one. If you research the wind turbine you'll find they only generate about 400 KWh per month at 12 MPH (5.4 m/s)....that's a consistent 30 day per month at 12 MPH. http://www.skystreamenergy.com/skystream/product-info/ Maybe if the places were smaller, the lighting more efficient and their weren't heated pools and spas....maybe.
