Instead of us getting up on our soap boxes covered in no VOC green paint, with dyed green hair (all symbolic of course) we decided that the better way to inform, educate, excite and entertain everyone interested in green real estate and lifestyle was to create this blog. This way our soapbox expands each time someone else joins in, reads, comments, even criticizes.
As we’re based in San Francisco our green hearts may lie in the City by the Bay but that doesn’t mean we can’t or won’t cover green homes, hotels, ski resorts, wineries or whatever even if it lies beyond the city limits. We aren’t bound by county or state lines just by our lack of effort, education, and energy.
We volunteer in the Green movement by planting trees, giving talks, writing articles for mainstream media publications and attempting to expand minds.
We’re here for you. If you want to know something ask us. If we don’t know the answer we’ll find someone who does. We’re not ashamed to say that we don’t know everything about everything Green.
If no one reads or contributes to the blog then we can still entertain ourselves. But then the Green building movement will take that much longer to hit the mainstream. The Green Real Estate movement will hit its tipping point in a few years with or without us. We just want to help it along. We’re hoping that you get your surfboard, boogie board or even your dingy when the swell is just right and surf that massive green wave before it swallows everyone up.
